چکیده

The simultaneous estimation of Atorvastatin Calcium (ATS) and Olmesartan Medoxomil (OLM) in bulk pharmaceutical dosage forms, a new, quick, cost-effective Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) method has been developed. experimental design was used to achieve multivariate optimization the RP-HPLC conditions. Three independent variables were create mathematical models: Acetonitrile content mobile phase composition, buffer pH, flow rate. Here, applied model central composite (CCD) research response surface methodology study effects factors. Shimadzu (LC 20 AT VP) HPLC system with Spinchrom software used. Zodiac, C18 (250×4.6 ID) 5μm column, phosphate buffers, acetonitrile as ratio 40:60 v/v rate 1.15 mL/min. eluent monitored at 212 nm using Prominence UV-Visible detector. retention time for OLM ATS 2.673 3.717, respectively. optimized procedure validated per ICH guidelines. correlation coefficient 0.9869 0.9832. % recovery 98.59, 99.68 %. had LOD 17.568 μg/mL, while 12.88 μg/mL. LOQ 53.24 39.04 pH aqueous phase, solvent most stringent affecting responses, according 3D graphs. A new accurate precise approach developed regularly analyse ATS.

Application of Response Surface Method to the Estimation of Bond Work Index

Introduction The main objective of this contribution is to focus on the portion of the comminution process which deals with the prediction of the energy consumption due to the comminution portion of the milling processes. The comminution energy in mineral processing and cement industry is usually determined by empirical Bond Work Index (BWI), regardless of the mechanical properties of a rock....
